HOW IT WORK
Under the condition of the power units’ intake negative pressure. RH/GX type filter intakes ambient air. When the air with dust goes through the first, second and third-stage( fouth stage, if required)filter elements, the big particles in the air will be filtered by the first and second -stage filter elements for the sake of the gravity and inertia force The small size and low density of the dust will be filtered on the third and fourth -stage surface of filter media by the Brownian diffusion, fiber intercept and other combined effect. Then the filtered air flows into the clean room and past the outlet duct to power units.
FEATURE
The first stage is rain cover with liquid-solid separator, the second stage is
F6-F9 filter cartridges, the third stage is H10-H12 HEPA.
The first stage can prevent the big partials, adding and water vapor.
Proper horizontal air flow and low resistance.
